A little about me
Hi, I’m Meredith.
I coach leaders & executives.
I spent 15 years at Google as a top performer and a marketing leader.
At Google, I helped my team get clear on their passions, their strengths and their blindspots. I coached people to become better communicators and more effective presenters, to navigate cross-functional partnerships and land higher impact projects. This led to more promotions, a stronger team culture, and increased motivation, which led to better results.
I was coaching before I even knew what coaching was.
While working with my own coach, I had an ah-ha moment: I could take the best part of my job and make it my full time job?! So I left Google to focus on building my own coaching practice. I haven’t looked back.
I completed my coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation and now support clients across a variety of industries and titles — from tech and sports executives, to wellness entrepreneurs, to reality TV producers, to parents re-entering the workforce.
And I do all of this from Oakland, California, where I live with my husband and our two young kids.
