We’ll clarify your goals, your vision and what you’d like to see change in your work/life as a direct result from coaching.

We’ll explore the places where you tend to get stuck in old thinking and default to the status quo. And we’ll work together to remove these roadblocks.

From this new place of clarity, we’ll design a plan and begin to build new muscles for real and lasting change.

What to expect

01. Chemistry Call

Let’s get to know each other. We’ll start with a free, 45-minute session to uncover your coaching goals and to see if we’re a good fit. If it’s a go, we’ll agree to work together for 3-6 months.

02. Discovery Session

This will be a foundational deep dive where we create the roots of our coaching relationship. In this 90-minute session, we’ll clarify your goals, explore what’s important to you, where you are now and where you want to go.

03. Coaching Calls

These are our ongoing, 50-minute sessions (held weekly or bi-weekly). I create a safe space for you to do deeper self-discovery and an action-oriented structure that keeps us focused on the big picture.

04. Checkpoint

In the final session, either at the 3 or 6 month mark, we’ll have a checkpoint where we’ll evaluate where you are against your goals and cement learnings and new practices for permanent change.
